The Chili Cheese Burrito Cake

One of Wayne's co-workers loves the "Chillito" (as do I!) from Taco Bell...which you can no longer get. So, for his birthday, I made him a "Chillito Cake" ~Complete with a Burrito wrapper that the manager of Taco Bell gave to us for the cake!

The complete package!
Chocolate cake crumbled for the beef, cream cheese frosting for the sour cream, coconut (colored yellow) for the cheese, all wrapped up in vanilla fondant dusted with brown. YUM!

The Million Dollar Cake!

The Million Dollar Cake. This cake was a french vanilla with pineapple buttercream filling. Everything you see is edible. The cake was covered in fondant then topped with edible gold glitter. The bill was printed on edible paper with the birthday boys' photo in the middle (whited out to publish on my site) The AMAZING Wall Street Bull was hand-carved out of modeling chocolate by my husband and cake partner! :)

Graduation Cake

Graduation cake for my soon-to-be daughter-in-law Brittany, who LOVES stars!!
This cake was 100% decorated by Wayne. This was his first solo cake and he did a wonderful job!!!!

Twins Present Cake!

A 3-tier present cake, vanilla with vanilla buttercream and strawberries. This cake was covered in fondant and topped with a gum paste bow.

The Grave Digger!

This cake was made for a little boy who LOVES monster trucks! The cake was vanilla with buttercream. The "dirt" is graham crackers, tires on the truck were donuts. Wayne (my artistic designer!) hand painted the grave digger with edible paint.

Cherry Blossom Cake

I was asked to participate in the 9th Annual High Tea Silent Auction, sponsored by the Palm Beach Atlantic Alumni Association to benefit student scholarships. My display for the auction was this beautiful Cherry Blossom Cake. I have always wanted to make one and was so happy with the end result!

Teacher Appreciation Day

This cake was made for the teachers at my son Mason's preschool. The teachers at Holy Cross Preschool are absolutely amazing and like an extended family to me. We just love them and there aren't enough words (or cakes) to say "thank you" for all they do!

This cake was a layered chocolate and vanilla cake with buttercream frosting. The apple was made out of rice crispies treats, made with soy butter, for a teacher that is not able to eat dairy.

Mother's Day Tea

My friend Cathy requested that I make cupcakes for the Mother's Day Tea that my Multiples Playgroup was having at the Chesterfield in Palm Beach. I made the cupcakes to look like flowers and put them in flower pots as centerpieces on the tables.

The sunflower cupcakes were french vanilla. The zinnia cupcakes were dark chocolate. Everyone, including the staff at the Chesterfield, loved them!
